At Kiki's Attire, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
